On 5/6/7 February was organised in Sofia (BUL) the Neutral Referees retraining course for the Olympic Category referees, instructors and open to national officials.

Hundred of people participated in the different presentations and practical courses that helped everybody clarify some points and have the same interpretation.

At the same time during this course, the FILA President with the CELA President, the Bulgarian Sports Minister, the Bulgarian NOC President and a lot of VIPs, proceeded to the official opening of the FILA training centre for European Countries and all other continents.

This beautiful full equipped centre is under the responsibility of the Bulgarian President, Valentin Jordanov. The centre is made available to all National Federations and will increase the technical level of all those who will use it.
